Very beautiful pool area. Rooms mostly nice but had some issues, a bit musty. Shuttle schedule changed without notice and had to Uber but was reimbursed. Food truck good. Waterfront means you can see water across a very busy street.

Hotel was great, the pool was my favorite part, the music and lights added a great vibe to the place! The included shuttle service was also nice to get to duval. The ladies in the front desk were all so kind and accommodating! My only complaint is the restroom was not cleaned properly, there was lots of hair from a previous person staying there

Deeply disappointed. Hotel stuff claimed they have system issues and didn't receive funds from expedia so they charge us for the stay from the card we used to pay the hotel daily fee and deposit. The charge for the stay was never authorized! Basically we paid twice for the stay. We told to front desk about our situation, they said the charges are pending and won't go through. One week after all the charges went through. Based on the other reviews this is happening a lot at this hotel
