Stunning 2 bedroom ocean-view oasis vacation rental at the fabulous 1800 Atlantic in Key West. Our family owned unit has a new King in the master suite, brand new king in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The property has a Mexican tile floor in the living area's adding to the Island feel. Newly renovated kitchen in 2022. The fabulous pool and Jacuzzi are in close proximity to the location. For the Tennis enthusiast you have access to the only clay court on the island and 2 other hard courts.

1800 Atlantic is directly on the Atlantic ocean in Key West, adjacent to Smathers Beach the City Beach with a variety of watersports activities available.

The property itself features assigned parking for a regular sized vehicle. One of the few places you are not required to pay for parking.

The Island amenities are a stones throw away. You can be in the historic district within 5 minutes in a car and 10 by bike, Key West is famous for its excellent bars and restaurants.

Located on the quiet side of Key West
We loved everything about our stay except the day we were leaving, there was no hot water for showers. I had to leave a message because it was before the property management office was open. By the time they got back to us, we had already checked out. It would’ve also been nice if they had some coffee starters; they had 2 coffee makers but no coffee. Maybe some kuerig coffee and non dairy creamers might be a nice gesture. Pool, hot tub, little private beach area and the sunsets were a bonus.

This was an excellent location for a stay in Key West! There were a couple of hiccups; one with a faucet and one with the coffeemaker. The management was immediately on top of both issues and made sure we were taken care of. I would certainly recommend this listing.

We’ve been to KW many times over the years and many places. This property has a good location and great pool. The unit was clean and typical nice island decor. The kitchen is nice and modern but the bathrooms are a bit dated. A few minor maintenance issues but the Manager was nice and responsive.

Loved this apartment.
The apartment was spacious, clean, quiet, beautifully decorated, and had all the key amenities, including a pool, a beach, and free parking. Loved the large balcony with ocean view for breakfast and just to sit out on. Wish we could’ve accessed our netflix, but everything else about the place made up for it.
