Short quick trip
Booked for a 30th birthday close to Key West but not in the heart of the city. Was able to Uber to the heart of Key West in 15-20 min. Room is very clean and spacious. Stayed with 3 friends and everyone loved the quiet, clean corner unit.

Private - but a bit out of the way
Set in a nice enough condominium building the unit was very private and suitable. Parking is under cover and space is dedicated to the unit. The kitchen could have used a few more cooking items, but we made due, and admittedly like to cook a few meals while away - usually breakfast. We rented bikes to get around, even though we had a car. It was a little far from Duval, and that is good for the quiet, but also far from restaurants, shops, and attractions. The only close attraction was Smathers Beach and it was closed for construction. Overall we made due, and would recommend this unit for anyone who doesn't mind being out of the way, driving, or biking. Walking is really out. On the other hand it was very quiet, which it would not have been if it was downtown.

Main TV did not work, texted management, they ask if I wanted it fixed. Said yes please, no one ever showed up, we were there for 4 days. Very sparsely equipped. Tissue container was empty, no cleaning products, no extra trash bags. Would not stay at this unit again, but maybe they are all like this. Ask to put some items in the refrigerator 45 minutes before check in, they said no even though it was already clean, saw the cleaning people leave.

Older dated property. Professional manager would not refund a $28 lost item fee 15 minutes after initial call. After fees this was over $400 per night. We thought it poor value for a place with no screens an an odour.

The condo was very nice. Really liked the little touches that was left for us, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and laundry tabs, coffee pouches, and bath supplies. It was very spacious for our family and the patio was very nice. I was surprised as to how quiet the complex was in comparison to how close it was to the airport. The only issue was the mixer valve for the hot/cold were mixed up in the master bath and the air conditioning was leaking a bit in the kitchen area. I'm sure those are issues that can be repaired. I'd stay again at this complex! Really enjoyed it. A suggestion would be for the complex to have a tiki bar near the pool area to serve drinks.

Great Stay in Key West
This was a great location away from the noise of downtown but only a couple minutes drive to get to where the action was. Room was clean, nicely furnished and check-in was a breeze. Relax on the balcony and you'll make it to Malory Square for the sunset in about 5 minutes. We didn't stay long enough to use all the amenities but will the next time we come back. Soon we hope!

Very happy with this condo. Very clean. We were two couples and having the separate bathrooms were great. Nice to be able to sit on the patio with a coffee in the morning. Near the airport but absolutely ZERO noise from it that would be bothersome. Cozy. Would definitely recommend!!

Quick vacation
Clean, represented correctly through pictures on site. Missing basics like coffee filters, basic seasonings. Only table to sit and eat at is outside. Otherwise bar seating. Very close to airport- planes loud starting around 7 am and delivery trucks loud early mornings also. 5-10 min drive to Duval street. We rented a car and it worked out great! Overall a nice place to stay. We all enjoyed it.

Our group was two couples and this condo was perfect for what we needed. An easy ride/Uber to Duval and other attractions around Key West. The process was great - directions were explicit and simple, it has a private parking space, and a door code to come and go. No complaints whatsoever.
