This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 7 with a king bed, a twin-over-queen bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms with high-end fixtures, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Remodeling was completed in fall, 2020. Enjoy the beautiful slope views from the private balcony. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the main living area and offers beautiful slope views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six. The updated guest bathroom is just off of the living area and has a single sink vanity and shower/tub combination with tile surround. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The updated en suite bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower with tile surround and a door separating the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk and a mounted flat screen TV.

*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $8 a day for parking starting November 1st, 2025*

Great Place- As Described

The unit was as described, close to the lifts, great views of the mountain. The property manager was easy to deal with and the check in/out process was seamless. I would recommend the owners update the king bed. Otherwise, we would stay at this unit again.

Good location, very small family gathering

Not enough room in the “family room”. Do not do more than 4 guests. Unit was very clean & kitchen was well stocked. They ask you to RECYCLE, but there is no place to take recycling!!! The trash room has NO recycling bin!! Just throw it all together.

Beat the heat!

Had a great stay! Need hot mits for the kitchen, unsure why they aren’t provided for cooking….the outdoor grill was electric, underwhelming & dirty. Plenty of box fans to put in windows to keep cool. Within walking distance to everything! Hot tub is definitely hot! Pool is also heated. Had fun playing pool in the lobby! Definitely would stay here again!

Great location

A great property for my family of 5. 2 teens and one 11 year old. Thankful for the twin over queen bunk room. My middle child slept comfortably on the pull out in the living room. Great location to shops and lifts. We would definitely book again. I agree with other reviews the master mattress could use a replacement. Otherwise …very nice accommodations.

Great spot

It’s hard to give a positive review because the first day we discovered that the shower, the second shower, not the master shower, was not draining and I contacted the management people every day twice and they never got it fixed. Otherwise, the location and the size of the condo was excellent and it was equipped with everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay. If I were to be picky, I would say a new master bedroom mattress would be great… Andrew

We enjoyed our stay and the property was perfect for the 4 of us. We didn’t cook but kitchen was well stocked with all necessary items if we wanted to cook. The balcony could use some cleaning, there was a grill that would have been nice to use but it was very dirty. Thanks for sharing this property.

Great location for in and out skiing!

The condo has minor issue that was fix during our stay. I recommend make sure before renting it out to other people everything if working other than that is a great spot for ski in and out.

Great condo!

This condo was great! Had updated and modern furnishings. Everything we needed and more to stay comfortable and make our downtime at the condo a wonderful experience. I would seek out this property in a heartbeat whenever I return to Keystone. Summit County Retreats was also very responsive when we realized the dishwasher wasn’t working because of a part on order. Their handyman came by and then tracked down the part before returning later in the day to repair it. After chatting with him, he gave us a suggestion on a great place to eat and things to do around Leadville. We took his advice and it made the last day of our trip even better.

Beautiful unit

Beautifully updated unit. Very comfortable. My treat was time curled up in the corner of the sectional reading. Well appointed. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and we swam every day! The TV was a bit confusing. Wasn't sure if we had access to dish network. Maybe a writeup in the room about what is included and how to access? Not a big deal. Thank you for a wonderful adventure with my daughter!

Wedding weekend

The rental was perfectly located for my friends wedding in River Run! Everything was walking distance. Super cute rooms very comfortable stay! Beautiful view from the balcony. It was a little warm in late august, really appreciated the fans in the rooms. I was a little surprised to learn the building didn’t have A/c but then it’s cold most of the year lol
