This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is immaculate and beautiful and comes equipped with all the amenities so that you feel as if you are right at home. Enjoy the pleasant views from the lanai in a tropical garden setting and partial ocean views.

This unit has approx. 1200 square feet of living area! Air-conditioned. This is the largest 2 bedroom unit in the complex! Top floor, high ceilings, tastefully furnished, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area and lots of more...

Located above the pristine shores of Keawakapu Beach, this impeccably furnished home will provide comfort, luxury, and plenty of room to spread out while you explore and enjoy all that Maui has to offer. The spacious covered lanai with a dining table allows for relaxing evenings while you kick back and enjoy the views. Relax poolside or take a Jacuzzi after the sun sets and take in the beauty of the brilliant Maui skies.

The Wailea Golf Course and Tennis Clubs are just minutes away. Within walking distance are some of the World's Top Beaches as rated by Conde Nast International. If shopping is your pleasure, the elegant Shops of Wailea are situated a stone's throw away. For the adventurous type, you will find amazing snorkeling spots within a very short drive.

Please note that Palms at Wailea no longer allows private grills. There will not be a grill for you to use on the lanai of this condo.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.
We would like to inform you that the pool at the Palms of Wailea will be temporarily closed from September 16th to 19th for cleaning and resealing of the pool surface to ensure a safe environment for everyone. To further prevent future closures, we have also scheduled a drainage of the pool during this time to repair pool equipment

Pool a disappointment…hot tub closed, water was warm and only 3-4 ft deep…
I thought I read it had access to grand wailea, but it does not. No bbq on patio…new Maui law. Photo should be updated. Wi-Fi slow. No shaded area around the pool. Water was shallow and warm.

Yes, this is our third time coming back to this unit. The owners do take amazing care of this unit. We absolutely love 1704 and works perfect for our family. We do cook a few dinners every trip and this kitchen is complete with everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal. We loved eating breakfast and having coffee on the balcony before our day starts.Plenty of parking, safe environment And an amazing swimming pool. Only downfall is the assigned parking spot for the unit is tight and right up against the curb but we just used the guest parking spot and no issues. Nothing is going to be 100% perfect but this is pretty close.

Condo is perfect for cooking and relaxing Hawaiian vacation
Condo was very well stocked for cooking and grilling. We loved grilling for dinner and sitting on the Lanai to eat. Kitchen also has two blenders which was great for smoothies. The pool was great but got a bit crowded at times. Beach is ~10 minute walk but can also drive. We loved the chairs and beach towels in the condo! Condo is alongside a road but no issues / was overall not loud. The location makes it closer to the beach compared to other units in the property. Check in process was seamless and host provided all info needed. We had a great stay and highly recommend

Awesome Property
We had an amazing stay at our VRBO property at The Palms in Wailea. The property was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our 2 week stay on Maui. We especially appreciated the Snorkel gear and beach chairs. The Palms is centrally located in Wailea - close to so many beaches, shops and restaurants. The property is two thumbs up!!!!!

VRBO listing good reflection of property, nicely located in Wailea. Large lanai, gas grill and large kitchen all contributed to the enjoyment of the property. Road noise at certain parts of the day a little annoying

The property was as described. As others have mentioned, there are steps to get to the condo and there is some street noise, but it was barely audible inside the condo. Was in walking distance of the beach and The Shops at Wailea. For those coming later, there is now a new beach umbrella for your use. :)

We spent an entire week on Maui, and while we were rarely in our unit (too busy taking in the beauty of Maui), when we were - we fully enjoyed and relaxed. The lanai is the best feature of this unit, the views are stunning! We are already discussing our next trip back to the islands, and will certainly try to book our stay here again!

The property was very nice and appointed and stocked with all that you will need for your stay. It did have a couple of operational glitches with the refrigerator and dryer. These were address in a timely manner by CB property management and resolution was reached. We have been coming to the Palms for over 20 years and will be coming back to use this unit again. Aloha

Great location and rental for family of 4
We rented this unit for one week as a family of 4. The each equipment, full kitchen, gas grill, and washer/dryer were everything we needed to enjoy our time on Maui. We'd definitely return to this unit again and again.

Nice place but issues with billing
Rental was clean and modern BUT I was charged almost 1,000. Twice and was on the phone on my vacation for a few hours trying to clear it up. Finally worked it out with my bank with no help from property or verbo.

Great Condo
This condo was stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Hawaii. Beach Chairs, towels, toys, shade cover and a cooler! There is a King bed and a Queen bed. The only complaint we had, and it may not even be a compliant, but a personal preference is the King bed is really soft and you sink into the side you are sleeping on. Our backs and hips hurt, so after two nights we switched the kids and put them in the King bed and we took the Queen. The Queen has a much firmer mattress and was great! Great location, 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the pool. Make sure you get reservations for all the major things you want to do. With the new covid restrictions in place seating is limited everywhere and a lot of places will only take reservations. ***If you are driving the road to Hana and want to go to the Black Sand Beach/Waianapanapa State Park make sure you get online and get reservations. They turned us away and hundreds of others behind us because we didn't have reservations or a Hawaii Driver's License .
