Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, access to a boat lift (PLEASE GIVE 72 HOURS NOTICE BEFORE YOUR STAY IF NEEDING THE BOAT LIFT), jet ski floating dock, neighborhood boat ramp and all Clearwater Harbor amenities.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the gated community of Clearwater Harbor. The neighborhood has its own marina and boat ramp for guests to use. Grab your clubs and hit the greens at The Legends Golf Course just minutes away! Or prefer hiking head to Longhorn Cavern or Inks State Park and explore the area! This neighborhood easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment.
Getting Around:
You will need a vehicle to get to and from this property or around to local attractions.
Other Things to Note:
In lieu of a security deposit we require a $65 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.
The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.
All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
Please Note: There is construction in this neighborhood as it is a new development.
Community Pool is open seasonally from May 1st to Oct 31st.

PLEASE NOTE
1.Due to the subdivision rules, only 3 vehicle max is allowed to park at the home in the driveway. Absolutely no parking is allowed in the street. Additional parking area is located below the home and additional parking for trailers is located at the front of the Legends subdivision. Please make sure your trailer is parked in the correct spot or it could be subjected to being towed at the owner's expense.
2. Absolutely no more than 10 people at the property per HOA rules!
3. Please let us know 72 hours in advance if you will be bringing a boat and needing a boat slip.
