"This hotel is geared towards local groups like wedding parties etc. They don't necessarily provide adequate service for travellers. That was our experience. English is spoken but all documents are in Danish only. Hotel's restaurant is nice and close to the sea but that is of no use if you don't get anything to eat. When we arrived around 6:30 pm and asked if there is a meal available they refused to provide anything even there was plenty of tables free. They insisted that the place is full. No room service was available either. In the welcome message they said that hotel guests have a table reservation automatically but that appeared to be a lie. Coffee was supposed to be free but only if enjoyed in our room. So we had to travel more than 10 km to the city to get a dinner. The breakfast was minimal. All in all the place looks nice and is clean but be warned about service shortcomings. We were disappointed."
