Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
We arrived around 01.30 hours. We were told we have no booking and we paid one nights charge to stay in. In the morning we were told that there a mail and we did not confirm the booking. Therefore we need all the money refunded to our account immediately as we have already paid and have the receipt of payment.
