Great location

This hotel is in a great location for sightseeing & shopping. Just across the road to the walkway that goes to the Petronas tower complex. Got a great deal from Hotels.com on a suite, it was huge and had free access to the club where there was complimentary food & drinks. Be aware of the heat in Kuala Lumpur, even though it was in February it was very hot 24 hours a day !

Room was spacious. Housekeeping was quick to notice that I have exited my room. Asked if I needed them to tidy up the room. Even the bell boy explained all the directions to me. Making sure that I go to the right place. Really love the hospitality.

The location was great. you don't have to be stuck in a jam getting to the hotel, and yet you are within walking distance to pavilion and other shopping malls. My only feedback is the room is too dim and i guess it shows the age of the property as well. The place definitely needs a refresh.

Good hotel. Front-desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast have good selection. It will be better to have different menu daily. Staff Shima was very helpful with my aged parent needs and quick ensuring my dementia mum comfortable with the seat and help serving the drink..
