Large solid wood double-doors open to the home's well-appointed foyer, dining and living spaces. Tall ceilings, a spacious floor plan and plenty of light from the home's many windows help bring the soft, open, and airy feel of the greenway indoors. The living space is unsegmented for amazing entertaining options. It includes the dining area, a formal living room, huge kitchen, step-down indoor bar, and entertainment lounge. The formal living area has a comfortable couch, 2 arm chairs, and a cozy gas fireplace; the perfect place to curl up, read a book or play board games or enjoy the fantastic golf course views. PGA West

Property was located in the landing zone for golf balls. Pool was not usable because balls were always landing in pool. Patio was always in shade. Kitchen was in process of remodeling. One cabinet fell off with out touching it. Very poorly stocked with essentials. We hade to buy Kleenex paper towels and toilet paper.

Excellent home, open layout, well supplied

Spent a month in this house, and enjoyed the open layout perfect for entertaining, comfortable bedrooms and beds, pool table , pool and shady deck. Gets great sunrise sun. Very well stocked kitchen, towels, lounge chairs and outdoor grill. A few quirks were handled by the manager agent. Fronts the 7th at Nicklaus Tournament course, so there are occasional Titleists in the pool.
