Poor service
"Unfortunately we had several instances of poor service during our one night stay. Our room was not ready and we had to go back several times and always got info to wait 20 more minutes. At the end we decided to have lunch and gave them until 15:30 to get it ready. There were issues with key card to room and tennis court. The pictures showed a gym, but no one could tell us where it was etc etc. Positive was quality of dinner, food was good. Also we had a Nespresso machine in our junior suite and that is always a +. If you want to get out from the city and do not have any expectations on service and facility functionality this is an ok place. "
