Da es uns am Herzen liegt, unseren Gästen einen möglichst angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten, bedauern wir zu lesen, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Der Geruch im Badezimmer kommt vom Abwasser, und wir versuchen, dieses Problem langfristig zu beheben. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn Sie mit uns Kontakt aufnehmen, damit wir Ihnen ein anderes Zimmer anbieten können. Bitte entschuldigen Sie die schlechte Erfahrung im Restaurant. Wir werden das Personal zusätzlich schulen, damit es stärker darauf achtet, ob die Gäste mit dem Essen fertig sind und auf das Verhalten der Gäste am Buffet.
