This Patio Villa is equipped with Internet, wall mounted televisions, an adjustable queen size bed , fireplace, a recliner, private backyard, patio and bbq grill. The lanai is screened in and temperature controlled, great for reading or taking an afternoon nap! All new furnishings, an elect EZ-GO golf cart, and all the amenities to make every stay memorable. Come enjoy the barely music as you are just a short golf cart away from Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing. Close to swimming pools, golf courses, theaters, shopping and dining! The home is on a quiet street and the neighborhood is very friendly. The owners of this property live in the neighborhood and are happy to assist visitors with any questions that might come up.

Very pleasant
Tiffany’s is a cozy, comfortable, well appointed & equipped villa. I wanted to take the mattress with me….very comfortable. Located between Lake Sumter landing and Spanish Springs, it’s convenient to the north side of the Villages. I’d stay here again.

Property was cozy and excellent to stay at. Came w use of EZ golf cart for easy and fun travel around the villages. Property is close to Spanish Springs and Sumpter Landing town square which are always bustling w lots to do, eat, listen to music, sit by the water, shop, see a movie or visit w other happy people. Pools, Pickelball, close by. Be sure to download the Villages App for access to golf cart GPS.

My cousin and I had a very nice stay at Tiffany's. It was close to other family and shopping. Everyone we came in contact with at the Villages was very nice and pleasant! Would stay here again and recommend this vrbo to anyone!

Trip exceeded my expectations. I was apprehensive that getting there from Orlando would be taxing. It wasn’t. I didn’t expect our host to be so amazing. He was. Property was great and well kept and had everything we needed and more. Loved the location. Loved the recreation opportunities we had so close as well as dining options,. From the first day, we talked about how soon we could come back and this property would be at the top of our list. Thank you Mark and as I addressed earlier, we were concerned how we got burned in March in Phoenix and absolutely no support provided by VRBO. This experience is what we hoped for and we were not disappointed.👍

Nice Place!
My wife and I made our first trip to the villages. Our stay was short but this place was perfect for us. Nice location, convenient to Lake Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs. The house is nicely decorated with great furniture. The golf cart was a huge factor in my decision to stay here. I would definitely stay again. Thanks Mark for taking care of that request we made. This property was immaculate. It was so clean, well stocked, maintained and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was perfect, peaceful, great location and quiet. The property owners were absolutely fabulous. The golf cart was such a fun and efficient way to travel around The Villages. (I recommend downloading “The Villages” app to help navigate.)
