Great Location
This was a well placed location with great ocean views, and walking distance to the pool.
The parking lot is small and hard to get a space unless you are there first thing in the morning. The spaces are painted ridiculously small too.
The couch and bed are horribly uncomfortable! We did not sleep well at this location, at all.
We are a family of 4, and that was noted on the reservation, but there were only 4 bath towels and 2 beach towels left for us in the unit. Bring your own towels and be prepared to do laundry. There is no washer or dryer in the unit, but there is a communal laundry by the parking lot.
There is no real beachfront as there are only large lava rocks directly infront of the property on the beach. Great for seeing sea turtles, or Honu, but not so great for spending a day at the beach without having to drive.
One of the perks of this location was the automatic ice maker! Although Maui water tastes horrible, having on demand ice was a big plus (just don't let it melt! Lol).
We would probably stay here again, but it's helpful to know all the issues we had so we could plan ahead
