You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

House is in the gated Hideout community.
Lakes, pools, golf course, ski slopes, tubing, walking trail, tennis, club house and basketball courts all in the neighborhood.

Cleaning fee includes the association fee.

Large back deck for entertaining with a fire pit. Wood burning stove in the basement. The basement has an air hockey table and pool/ping pong table as well as board games and kids toys!
Pack and play, stroller, high chair and baby gate for your convenience!

Smart TV and DVD player with plenty of movies to choose from! (3 TVSs, master bedroom, basement and living room)
Kayak, canoe, rowboat and paddle boat rentals in the community!

All linens are provided as well as basics such as dishes, utensils, pots, pans, bowls, toaster oven, microwave, crock pot, regular coffee maker, K-cup coffee machine, popcorn machine and more. Cleaning supplies such as hand soap, dish washing detergent, sponges, a roll of paper towels, and counter cleaner in the kitchen. Also, hand soap and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom.

Amazing 1 Week Stay

The cabin itself was clean, homey, spacious and overall amazing. The Hideout (the gated community the house is located in) was very nice, felt safe and had plenty of activities. The surrounding areas had tons of hiking and lake access points so we were never bored. Lori was easily reachable and incredibly nice. Our friends and I can’t wait to stay again in the near future!

As described. Room for all eight (two couples plus teens). Community amenities excellent. Eating in area good but SLOW. Hawley and Honesdale interesting (especially Silk Mill). Pretty good fishing - better with boat. Would definitely return.

Great stay for the whole family!

We had a great stay in the Lake Ariel area. We were there for a weekend for a wedding and the home was very convenient. We were able to comfortably stay with 10 people: two senior citizens, two teens, four adults and two kids under 8. Everyone had a place to stay and enjoyed the amenities of the house and the Hideout. Only feedback would be to bring an additional fan if you're staying in the summer. There is only a ceiling fan in the master bedroom downstairs and one portable fan for the two upstairs bedrooms. There is an AC unit which works great for the loft area and main living area but doesn't reach into the bedrooms. Overall, great stay!

Great getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The beds were super comfortable! There is a ground hog that lives under a big rock/Boulder out front who met me every morning for a walk 😂. We will definitely be back!

Nice place

Nothing fancy but clean and had some extras. Fire pit, pool table, air hockey, deck, and washing machine were nice. The only downfall was that the mattress/box spring I slept in, the double in the bedroom, was very uncomfortable. Nobody else had any issues and the owners were very friendly.

Good place to stay

The community is a very organized safe and clean community with lots to do to enjoy nature. The Home was clean and comfortable. Lori is a great host. Definitely would recommend for a grou of 7-8 at the most.

We booked this property for a skiing weekend with friends. I think it was the cleanest property we’ve ever booked! The house was great, the bedrooms were big and everyone had a bed. (for a group of eight is tough to find sometimes!) Lori was great with explaining everything and was quick to respond to my questions. We will definitely be keeping her info for next years trip! Would highly recommend!

Beautiful location and excellent house

Excellent and wonderful house to spend quality time with friends and family. It is located in the Hideout gated community and it is safe. Have a lot of activity and amenities. Make sure to get details about your gate pass before going to this place.

Perfect fall weekend

Easy to check in, great place to hang out as there were board games, air hockey and pool table, and a fire pit for s’mores. Place was clean. Owner very responsive.
