We usually stay at this property atleast once a year and always enjoy our stay. This was our first time with a so-so experience. Our initial room that we reserved for 2 nights (Sunday to Tuesday)was upgraded thanks to management due to the urine smell. If it was just 1 night i dont believe it would have been an issue but we were grateful they moved us. Our upgraded room was very nice and had been updated. First night in it was good. Comfortable beds. Our 2nd night, our upstairs neighbors must have been rearranging the furniture from 11pm to 2am. A leak also sprung from the ceiling in the bedroom right over where we had stored our suitcases.It was pretty much a mini waterfall. Leak was enough to soak the carpet and fill up a trash can. Thats all we could do since there was no maintenance at 1am. That second night was fairly rough. Our sliding screen door also popped off when we tried opening. But atleast we didnt have to smell dog pee during the rest of our stay. Were not sure we'll be back. Would have atleast liked to have been offered a partial refund for that night. PS hot tub is always nice.

Walls and ceiling are thin. Poor customer service.

Walls and ceiling are thin and you will hear your neighbors. Frustrated front desk wouldn’t allow an hour later check out than 11 in the off season on a Monday. I checked in at 3 and checked out at 10. Less than 24 hours yet wouldn’t allow another hour. Poor customer service and I won’t stay here again.

Nicely updated and clean. Soft beds and pillows and friendly staff. Parking can be challenging (there was a popular concert in town). Had to park in the street one of my nights but it wasn’t far from our room. Overall we had a really good stay.

It's fine, if you have pets.

If you have pets its fine. I did not but was put in a pet room you could tell had animals in it before. There was a smell and i thought i detected fleas. I wouldn't call it a nice place but it was comfortable enough and a good location.

This property is very old. But they kept it in a good condition. There is a smell while entering into living room may be due to old furniture or floor mat. Easily accessible to dining and gondola area. One private beach and action water spot is within walkable distance.

I like the property because it was close to shops and restaurants, and they were walkable. I loved the room and property however I am not fond of stairs. I had to load and unload from the car, so I had to be up and down 3 flights of stairs multiple times.
