This property is very old. But they kept it in a good condition. There is a smell while entering into living room may be due to old furniture or floor mat. Easily accessible to dining and gondola area. One private beach and action water spot is within walkable distance.

I like the property because it was close to shops and restaurants, and they were walkable. I loved the room and property however I am not fond of stairs. I had to load and unload from the car, so I had to be up and down 3 flights of stairs multiple times.

Everything was really good, The room was clean and functionable, Staff was great and the proximity to the beach, to heavenlly village, to starbucks and groceries we're awesome. The price was affordable and appropriate for this place.

The staff was very pleasant to work with and very accommodating as we had brought our senior dog with us. The only downside was we were put in a ground level room and the occupants in the upstairs room were not very considerate due to their loud footsteps late in the night and early the next morning.

Find somewhere else.

The person checking us in wasn’t the most welcoming. They also failed to tell us that we need to get a voucher to access the beach. So when we showed up to the beach for sunset they turned us away. I have no idea why the person checking us in failed to mention that part. In terms of the room. There is need for some deep cleaning. There was a stain on the floor beneath the toilet that looked like blood. Gross. I will find somewhere else next time.

People were very friendly, very much like the staff. Room was in bad shape. Bathroom vanity faucet was very loose. I had to hold the faucet down before I can turn it on and same for the toilet paper holder. Room was clean enough. I will not go back there again.
