It was simple, but it was nice. Very hard to find any of the rooms that had a Jacuzzi and a fireplace in them. Romantic.

I am a very disappointed costumer. I believe Secrets Inn was not honestly advertised. The costumer service was very poor and almost non existent. I will not be returning to this hotel for several reasons. The first reason is there are better priced hotels in the neighborhood. For example Beach Retreat and Lodge offer better rooms for $115 a night. Secrets Inn is not worth over $90 a night. If they are requesting more money than that it is not worth it. The rooms are very small but they advertise photos that make the room appear bigger. My second reason is the cleanliness. Secrets Inn was dirty answer not properly cleaned. There were very old spider webs all over the room. There were dead bugs under the bed area. The bathtub, shower, and toilet areas were decently cleaned. My third reason is the costumer service. The front desk clerk was not very friendly and very short to respond. The clerks were helpful when asking for extra towels. However when confronted about my concerns the clerk made no attempts to remedy the situation. The only option they had was to upgrade the room. I don’t believe I should have to upgrade just to get a clean room. My fourth reason was the advertising. Because yes, this room had a luxury bathtub but the hotel is advertising it as a hot tub. It was the highlight of the room. However, because of the size of the room it made the stay uncomfortable.

Dirty, run down, ice machine broken and no out of service sign on it even though staff knew about it being broken, leaky faucets, mold, not enough parking for the rooms.

The room was dcent, but just average, not worth the over $200 a night cost. The room had something wrong with the seal on the door. It was patched with something and still had a gap. It was very loud, you could hear every movement of other guests. Guests were leaving loudly at 5:00am and could be heard clearly.

It was terribly cold. We asked for more pillows they said no, because we already had four. Asked for two more blankets and initially, they said no - only one. But, I pledged by telling them it was cold. Had the heater on full blast as well as the fireplace, still didn’t help much. It was cleanish, felt safe (which is the most important to me as a mom).

This is our first time here, we wasn't given the room we had requested. But was finally given the room we requested after talking with the front desk. Room was clean, but dated. The bathroom window had a gap so it was cold in the room. The shower door did not have a handle to open or close. Its not a bad place, just need more attention to details and at over $100 a night for a stay these are things that should be checked!
