This is the WORST HYATT I’ve stayed in. Pillows sucked. Was cold in Florida and the heat didn’t work. Was no hot water and location sucked to get to any decent restaurants.

We appreciated the close parking space next to the convention center. The window in our room had taped over a large crack. The sink was also cracked and the faucet was useable but would come off when we turned on the water. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. Overall we had a stay.

The bathroom floor had a huge ball of hair. One of the tiles in bathroom was severely damaged and if you stepped on it, you would damage it more. Show photos to a nice reception and she apologized for the uncomfortable position. Breakfast was just okay, eggs cold and just not managed well enough, when you have individuals waiting around for plus minutes to accommodate everyone. Too much socialization among employees. Just observing the situation.
