Wish I would have known there was construction going on prior to booking but overall it was good, minus having to walk past the lady who basically lived out the front door ALWAYS smoking.

We arrived at the property at 1:30am and there was nobody on the property. I called the reception 5 times while in the lobby hoping an employee could hear the phone. Nobody came to pick up the phone. We went all around the property looking for an employee and nobody was there. Finally someone came 45 minutes later. He was extremely rude and very childish in his behavior, calling us “Nihao” because we are asian looking. We are Cambodian, not Chinese. He told us we did not have a reservation when we had one. He told us the hotel was full and did not want to give us our keys when we had already check in online and my name was assigned to a room already. He should have apologize to have us waiting 45 minutes in the lobby. Instead, he lost his control and professionalism and called us rude and impolite.

Yeah it's really good. They're currently renovating so that's to be taken into consideration - but it didn't affect my stay at all. Only thing I'd say is the air con in the room is so loud! I had to put noise cancelling headphones on to sleep.

Mixed review.. Positives, location and decent morning breakfast. Negatives, lots of construction mess and noise. Only one elevator available due to construction and the front entrace was blocked off for days. This meant you had to come in thru a side entrance. Management expressed little to no concern when I informed her that the bath towels are placed on an ulgly, severly rusted towel rack still in a newly renovated room #519. Who wants to use a bath towel after its been sitting on rusted metal? I should her pictures of the bathroom towel rack. She simply said that the bathroom was not part of the renovation. Defeclting responsibilities was not a good answer to a paying customer if you expect them to return and recommended the property to others.

What a pleasant surprise! When I realized the hotel was undergoing renovations, I was concerned. From the check in with Patricia until we checked out, every effort was made to minimize disruption to guests.,Patricia was amazing. Her professionalism and humor won us over initially. But we were blown away the next day when the same Patricia recognized us and asked how the wedding was! She had listened—and remembered. Outstanding customer service!
