Swimming pool was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is ideal for shopping and local attractions. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room on the back right side as rooms in the front can hear the traffic. Minor inconvenience. Overall had a lovely stay!

Great stay. The only issue was odors from the adjacent farm. The room had faint farm odors in it until we activated the a/c. Breakfast was good. Great stay.

First time staying here, all of the staff were excellent and friendly, pool was on our list but didn’t get to try, but looks excellent as well. Room was cozy and updated. Would stay here again!

Most everything about the stay was very good. The only issue was road noise. Or room faced US30 and truck traffic all through the night was a problem. There was a notice in the room offering ear plugs and even white noise machines. I tried to get a set of ear plugs, but was told there weren't any available. I'm not sure if the noise experience would be different in other rooms, or if ear plugs would have helped. I'd certainly be willing to stay there again to try.

They do maintenance by opening an exit door to get water hose go outside for cleaning. Opening the door allows manure smell go inside the breakfast area and elevator.

Safe & clean place to stay for one night in Lancaster. We had a VRBO but decided to come up a night early… this place was affordable and very well kept. No complaints at all.

Problem solved

The check in was quick and easy. The hotel had been updated and had a fresh modern look. When we got to our room it was evident that it had not been cleaned and the bedsheets hadn't been changed. I went to the front desk and the attendant apologized and in a second put us in another room just like that. Problem solved. The second room was excellent. Thanks Avid

Location was excellent nearby a lot of amenities. when we first checked in the person at the counter was very rude was on FaceTime with her boyfriend. She made us seem like we were inconveniencing her didn’t tell us where our room was. There was Styrofoam blowing out of our air conditioning so in our room, there was Styrofoam everywhere. The breakfast left little to be desired. depending on when you book it and who you book it from it could be considered overpriced for the actual quality and service you get from this hotel The rooms are very tiny even with two people In it. The swimming pool was tiny fitness center was tiny parking was ample if you’re looking to spend one night, this would be a good hotel. If you’re looking to spend a few nights to a week, I would recommend a different choice.

Staff are amazing, especially the reception staff overnight. She’s very diligent and efficient. The location is very convenient, close to everything we need and came for. Although there is a stench when you step out of the building (given it is adjacent to a huge farm), it’s really not a big deal. You don’t smell it inside the hotel. Besides, it was satisfying watching the farm get plowed and watered in the morning - it’s an Amish farm. Our toddler like the hotel very much as well - pool, breakfast, complimentary concessionaire 24/7. If she liked it, it means we liked it. She’s very critical of hotels when we are away. 😉

The first room they gave us was either already occupied or not cleaned. The replacement room was fine except soap dispensers were empty and the tub wouldn’t drain properly.
