I felt that the room was clean and the bathroom was clean but the lower bracket strip on the shower door was lose and that caused water to seep out when shower ing causing a lot of water to seep out onto the floor.

The hot water was good. When i entered the shower in the morning i noticed my feet tracked in black dirt from the room floor. The room window only had a thin window covering which didn't stop the outside parking lot light from shining in the window all night long! When we arrived i noticed the carpet in the building was very dirty looking. I am totally disappointed. I would like my money back if that is possible.

Bad experience

This hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. The shower nozzles were broken so only scalding hot water poured out of the shower. The floors were clearly damaged and there was black mold on the floor underneath the ac unit.

Awful experience

It was horrible. The tv remote didn't work. The back of it was taped. I tried to call the front desk but the phone didn't work, it was also taped. Ac barely worked. It was absolutely disgusting. There was apple jacks on the floor from ppl before us. The walls were covered in dust. The shower was filthy and i went to get ice out of the machine and there was mold in the ice machine.
