Staff are nice and accommodating. Room is quite big and comfortable,clean, no smoke odor. Staff gave us a surprised slice of cake to celebrate our birthday. Lighting in the especially at the front of elevator is a bit dark. I enjoy this place and want to recommend to everyone and my friends

I know it's often easier to give all 5 Stars, and not even read the Categories, but i did read them and Movenpick Exceeded in all Areas. Everything about my stay was Picture Perfect. My room was Elagant. The Property Immaculate. And the food Divine. Sadly, I'm on a No Meat Diet, so i was limited on what i could eat, but surprisingly every Vegetarian Meal the served was so delicious i truly forgot i was dieting. But of everything, what i Truly enjoyed the most was the Staff. Their Kindness and Attentiveness made my stay at a Five Star Resort feel like a Wholesome B&B. Ive been to nice places that 'Care For' their guest. But this Staff 'Cares About' their Guest. I look forward to my Return.

Property is quiet beachside area was quiet. Buildings are still being renovated. Room was clean and bright, staff were exceptional esp since we arrived late dining late was exceptional they prepared the food fresh.

Relatively close to the airport. Drinks were good. Hotel massages are good quality & cheap. Have the option of the pool or ocean. Hotel also offers a variety of guided group tours (I did the island hoping snorkeling trip which was perfect for a 5-6 trip). Will go back if I'm ever in the Cebu Area.

5 star customer service (even I bit too much because the hotel was quite empty so staff weren’t busy, everything someone would pass by all staff members would greet and ask if something was needed). Things that could be improved: I was only there for 1 day, went to order a fresh juice and they didn’t have mangoes available which is a bit strange for a 5 star hotel in the Philippines. Also, the beach and pool are all covered in shade from 3pm which is a bit annoying (specially being only 1 day and check in being at 3pm) due to how tall the buildings of the hotel are and the direction of the sun (so if you want to make use of the pool/beach, the morning is your best option). Breakfast is not included so if you want you can reserve the day before so it’s cheaper rather than on the day, but they ask you to pay for it in advance which I found a bit weird? It’s is a good quality breakfast but extremely high price even for what it is. There’s also some construction going on by the beach which is a little frustrating due to noise and view. Please note the “sea view” room it’s a trap! You would have to book “ocean view” in order to actually have view to the beach! Got a free upgrade which was nice but annoying when I got there and was faced with a view to the next building and only a little bit of an actual sea view. The hotel massage service/spa is an absolute rip off - there’s a really nice spa right outside the hotel 1 min walk instead. Sunrise from balcony of ocean view is top!

This place was amazing, the wife and I had a great time and the staff is so friendly. Lester was the absolute best and started each day with us at breakfast and was a such a pleasure to see. Bar could use some stronger drinks but overall very pleased!

The staff was absolutely incredible. Very kind and attentive. Lester in particular was awesome. Him and the staff made the stay a very easy 10/10. If you're looking to stay on the island, this is definitely a top choice. Will stay here again.

Amazing stay to relax on a quiet beach with newly remodeled rooms. Delicious breakfast buffet and evening meals where wonderful. We will miss the staff that greeted us with smiles and assisted in every fashion. We would highly recommend!!!
