Pay attention: 1. they charge $50 resort fee that includes internet but limit for 2 devices per room. So if you are a couple, omits not enough, and no option to change device. 2. Room was “ready” but beds were not clean or made up (no bed sheets also, no blanket). No soap, no tissue… 3. Front desk hung up on us twice, were very rude. 4. Purchased a strip view room with a King bed & we were given a garden view room with 2 queen beds, which was about a 7 minute walk from the nearest elevator. It was a complete hassle just to get to our room… The cleaning staff did not really clean the room so no, not satisfied with my stay. After reporting this, Expedia indicated that Flamingo was not responding regarding giving us a lower status room so we were not reimbursed for the difference in room rates.

1st, checkin process was terrible. 2nd not gave me the room i booked 3rd Heatijg n coolong system was not working for 1st 3 hours.

We were in vegas for our sons wedding and we called for our iron not working. Someone said 10 minutes we will have one to ya. 20 minutes passed we called back 10 minutes someone will be there, 10 min come and gone again. Husband went in hallway there happened to be a housekeeper she was nice and helped us with a iron. About 10 min later someone knocked on our door said just a minute when i opened the door there was no one there. I said hello the girl yelled "its on the floor" she was mad at us when the iron in our room we paid for didnt work. Unacceptable

There are 2 key card access in the elevators. Only 1 worked in the elevators making it a nuisance for guests getting on and off the elevator. Also included in the resort fee is wifi access but only for 2 devices. Any additional device is $15 per day. I usually don't connect my cell to wifi but I did not have a choice because my cell signal in the hotel was bad. My wife also connected her cell. I've been on many cruises where I paid for wifi for 2 devices but as long as you log out of one device you can log into another device like a tablet and it still meets the 2 device quota. Flamingo does not allow you to log out of a device that is already connected to wifi therefore causing you to have to pay if you need to connect a third device.
