The hotel is ageing, which is natural, but the prices do not reflect that. There was no coffee machine in the room, nor any clock. Who has recently seen a hotel without these essentials? My main complain was that the staff, although pleasant, were not able to program my room card so that I could use it to enter and leave the parking lot (which I paid for), despite THREE tries on three occasions. This was a real nuisance and waste of time. I would not recommend this place.

Scuff marks on walls of “newly renovated” rooms. Chipped paint, chipped door trim, stained carpet and other areas. Felt more like a dingy motel. Shower had a razor left from previous guests. With not being able to check in until 4pm you’d think the staff would have enough time to properly clean rooms. The parking garage smelled of urine and cigarette smoke.
