The facility is very dirty. And the tv did not work for half the days we were there. And little staff around.

Poor service and long waits.
Check in was terriblly long. Room was ok. Shower was poorly layed out with each time thanking a shower the water would splatter out all over the floor. Closet was broken. Room card didn't work for parking which I paid for and rarely worked for elevators. Would not come here again.

The room had been renovated but it was not done well. The pool for go guests was gone all together. We had issues with key cards in the elevators and the parking garage. The hotel was average for the area. The staff that wetalked to handled our questions very well and gave us a credit due to an unnoticed fee. The flamingo is not a bad place and was fair priced not counting the resort fees and parking fees. It felt very safe.

Pros: Good location on the strip, walkable to dining & shops, easy check in and check out, casino area good Cons: We were charged the full resort fees even though the pools were closed & under construction (this was not advertised anywhere). The hotel itself feels dated and the shower took a long time for the water to heat up. The hotel and hallways need a renovation so that it feels more refreshed. I would not stay here again but the location is good.

The Linq promenade is right outside of the resort. Lots of dining options. Room was average, needed a more thorough cleaning, a few fixtures broken. Like the bathroom light switch broken. I was offered a more updated room for $20 more a night. Check in and Check out staff were lacking customer service, not outright rude, but not friendly either.

Check in kiosks not working so long line and longer wait to check in with front desk. Room reserved not available but we got a better one! Beautiful view and perfect location. Easy walk to everything on the strip.

The fast casual options for dining were mostly okay, but the food quality from Nathan's Famous was awful. That middle of the road sit down casual restaurant was entirely missing, that was very unfortunate. The room was fine, until my last night/morning; there was no hot water. The property is conveniently located, but it is strange to have to walk so far from check in to the elevators in the building. The carpet was super dirty on the gaming floor. I really liked the ease of check in and check out. At no point did I have an interaction with any team member outside of the food court, including cocktails, and I was playing for a long period of time. As an overall stay, it was okay, I would not recommend, but I also wouldn't not recommend. It was unremarkable, aside from the a couple of negatives with the highlight being the pizza.
