We didn’t get any of the upgrades we were supposed to the check in desk told us we were getting a city view and we received one of a parking lot the line was too ridiculous to go back into and change so we didn’t. This is the second time we’ve stayed at this location with the exact same situation. It’s almost as if this is protocol. It would be great if you didn’t have to walk a mile for water or coffee. It’s a new facility and already run down. Very, very disappointing. Although the building is nicer and newer the location surrounding it is very seedy and the element that you see around it doesn’t make you feel safe. The staff does nothing to ensure the safety and comfort of their guests.

Clean but no shuttle
Clean, was not filled with smoke ( was very refreshing), shuttles would have made this much better (airport or anywhere). The Uber pickup is very far from the hotel. It is on the other side of the casino.

Great hotel only negatives no shampoo in our shower and when came time to leave we were unable to exit parking lot with card and had to go back in hotel to have card fixed. They did however take the parking fee off the bill which was nice. Would stay again.

Not included nothing, I paid resort fee $56 dollars and when I press the button in the elevator for see the pool area not has access and plus self parking is $18 dollars but if you move your car outside for drive around the area you need to paid parking again every time, if you are in and out with your vehicle.

There are Zero amenity in the bathroom, no kettle, no slippers, no pen, no notepad in the room. That AC exhaust vent is directly to the bed head, cannot be adjusted. Staff are unprofessional.
