The hotel itself was clean but fairly sterile with no theme to the hotel or Casino in general. I wish casinos in Vegas would go back to all having a theme like in Paris and the Cosmopolitan & New York New York We encountered several issues with staff being rude and just not helpful The checking process was long and unnecessary and even though we booked a specific type room they told us that at 10:00 p.m. we were to late in checking in to receive the exact room that we booked which was disappointing. I wish that they would see that we are also Hilton members and not just tried to stick Us in the first crappy Expedia approved room. It would have also been nice to have signs acknowledging or have the front desk Hotel staff at check and let us know that their food court area was only open certain days of the week for all of the restaurants as they were many we wanted to try but they were not open on Sunday or Monday which I would assume that of restaurant would have been open at least on Sunday

Expedia VIP benefits were almost non existent. Did not receive room upgrade, and then the $25 beverage credit was only to be used at a specific bar with overpriced drinks and then they never ended up giving us the credit. They did give us the late check out and I was happy about that until we tried to get in our room after going to the pool and they locked us out of our rooms at noon. Had to go stand in line to get the keys reactivated and they said they thought we checked out even though I had a do not disturb on the door and we had a verified late check out at 1pm. Check in line was also ridiculously long and time consuming coming and going.

Very disappointed in this stay and the Hilton definitely did not meet up with expectations. We stayed a total of 3 nights, housekeeping never came on the first day, even after a request over the phone voice service and not even after filing a complaint at the front desk. On the second day, housekeeping did come but only did half the work with missed spots such as not refilling toilet paper and not removing the soiled towels. For its price and ranking, Hilton did not deliver at all and we would not recommend considering the many other options available in town.

As much as I liked the property and rooms I cannot recommend a hotel that doesn’t provide a coffee maker. It ruined the start of everyday having to get dressed and go buy a $10 Starbucks. In line by the way. You should re-think this cash grab.
