Nothing like the online photos. Old, dirty, rundown, small room. Crusty thin towels. No shampoo. Not sure why it's getting good reviews except it's by the MGM.

Had to change rooms because the nob smoking smelled horribly like smoke. The second room was so noise, the tv was not in true color and wouldn't adjust, the fan obly worked part time.

I'm very happy to find a convenient place to stay on the south side of the Strip that's not a trillion dollars/night. My room appeared recently remodeled. It was clean with the basic amenities I needed. I'll be back!

Terrible stay
Terrible Experience - Look Elsewhere My wife and I had a very disappointing stay at Motel 6 Tropicana in Las Vegas. Our first room was filthy—no bed linens, no shower curtain, and dirt covering the floors. After complaining, we were moved to another room, which was only slightly better; at least it had linens, but cleanliness was still an issue. There were no "Do Not Disturb" signs, and the staff seemed overly watchful, making us uncomfortable. To top it off, a man shoved food menus under the door every night around 9 PM—extremely unprofessional and disruptive. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, even on a tight budget. There are definitely cleaner and more welcoming options nearby. Avoid this motel if you value your comfort and peace of mind.

Decent for a single night
People were fantastic , older building no amenities ( fridge microwave hair dryer etc ) paper thin walls heard everything going on outside the entire night , people cars trucks etc . Ok for a quick sleep after a concert at the mgm grand but don’t make this your vacation stay you will be exhausted

I was hesitant at first but after staying here, it’s not that bad. Great price for the location, walking distance to the strip. The room was clean but a tad bit run down (floors were coming up a bit) staff was nice, parking was frustration free. I’d definitely come back.
