We liked that it was located in the middle of the strip. Nice rooms for a good price. We didn't like that we had to wait approximately 2 hours for our room to be ready after self check in. I believe no matter what time you check in,even if it's an hour later,that the room should be ready. The check in desk needs way more employees checking people in. Always a long line.

Since I was checking in early, I was asked if I'd like to waive the $25 charge by getting a room in the Versailles tower. When I asked about what the difference in the rooms were, I was told "it's a short walk across the casino". If I would've known the short walk was actually a 10 min confusing walk to my room, I would've paid the $25. The Versailles tower is a walk across the casino, an elevator to a different floor, a walk down a hallway, a walk across a bridge over a street, down another hallway, then another elevator before you get to your room

The property was beautiful! We enjoyed the stay however, the AC in our room did not work. After going down to the desk twice and waiting over 2 hours, inside the room per their request, they finally changed our room. I have NEVER had to wait in my hotel room for maintenance to come look at my AC, like I was a tenant. It was unfortunate that I had to get upset with the front desk for them to move us.

We booked a pool view king bed room I. The Versailles tower. We were given a ‘suite’ in the Bordeaux tower with 2 double beds. We notified front desk and had the room we paid for by 3pm that day. Quick and friendly staff.

Check in was chaotic with a bunch of college kids in town. I had to stand in 3 lines for a total of 1 hr 15 min to get my room keys. Walk ways were overly crowded with college kids running & bumping into us. The public areas were not large enough to accommodate large groups of people. We were not impressed.

Air conditioner did not work well at all. Shower knob was broken, shower head and hand held piece leaked terribly. Asked a housekeeper for 2 extra towels, she made sure to let me know that we were not her assigned room, but she would “give us some.” Not to mentioned she was just outside our door and had a cart full of them. Customer service was very poor. Stood in line after a long flight, and a long walk fromparking garage, 45 mins to check in.
