It is not 4 star hotel anymore.

We had 4 rooms on 22nd floor. The conditions of the rooms are certainly not qualify them to be 4 star anymore. I took pictures and presented to the management as a proof. Torn mattress , loose shower tile, broken luggage rack. I certainly hope they don’t give these rooms to others. On the positive side we won money on the gaming tables. I have stayed there in the past but due to this lack of upkeep; I will never stay there again.

The hotel is great ... but being a nonsmoker and having some lung issues, it's always just hard walking through the casino to get outside, with the smoke hanging in the air. I've just learned to carry a handkerchief to cover my nose and mouth, but it's still not great. We had a great room with a view from two windows, which was fabulous!

Employees were extremely friendly and nice. Only complaint is the carpet seems dingy and worn in many places. Also, the felt at both roulette tables was dirty. We will return to Paris. Cocktail waitresses n the casino came frequently and were efficient. Thank you

This is the worst hotel on Las Vegas Boulevard. I visit Vegas frequently, and this was by far my worst experience. I stayed here for 5 nights, during which we had to switch rooms three times due to cleanliness issues, a strong odor of sewage, and poor air quality that made it difficult to breathe. The rooms were filthy, and despite multiple complaints, the staff showed no concern. Even after escalating the issue to the manager, it took three nights before they finally moved us to another room. During our stay, we were assured that we would receive a refund for the resort fees due to the inconvenience. However, after returning home, we discovered that only two nights’ worth of resort fees had been refunded instead of five. When we contacted the hotel staff, they gave us the runaround and never actually refunded the full amount they had promised. I will never stay at this hotel again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

We were very disappointed in a few things. As soon as you walked into the hallway, our entire floor wreaked of marijuana. The cigarette smoke was overwhelming at times in the casino. Watched a waitress yell at a guy for not tipping enough money. At 3:45 AM, my wife’s cell phone was stolen after she accidentally left it on the counter while checking out to leave for the airport. (Only 5 people in the lobby at this time..my wife and I and 3 workers) After going back to the checkout counter no more than 3 minutes later, the guy checking us out played dumb like he knew nothing and the other 2 workers were gone. Told me I had to wait to call security when they opened. I will never stay at this hotel again, and that’s a big IF I ever decide to visit Las Vegas again.

We loved the location and found it very charming and our room was clean. We had a non smoking floor and I was pleased it didn’t smell like smoke at all, but it did have a harsh chemical smell for those who are sensitive. Unfortunately for the time of year, it was also freezing in our room, I requested an extra blanket but never got one, but that was minor. If you want a view you need to request a higher room! 6th floor was totally blocked by nearby buildings unfortunately. I would recommend to those looking for fair price for clean, nice rooms!
