Arrived at midnight, took almost an hour to get our room- it was 2 queens instead of the king requested. To top it off, it was right next to elevator. No sleep. The rooms are dated and plumbing fixtures need replacing. Will not be staying there again

No coffee pot in room. Shower door stuck and wouldn't open. No bath mat with SLIPPERY floor. Maintenance men started right outside our door at 6am!!! Loud conversations and clanging tools. Non smoking room but sheets and room smelled of smoke. Entire property had a sewage smell. Adult only pool closed so only option was family pool. Couldn't find towels.

My room was amazing! The easy check-in service was something I never had before and couldn’t go without. I would say right at checkout someone was at my door which was a little creepy but I guess they have to turn over a lot of rooms in one day.

If I could give negative stars, I would! I was placed in a room (1417) near the elevator, the elevator sounded like a roller coaster all night long. No sleep! I call and was told my room would be changed. I returned from my conference at night and my room wasn’t changed and I was told it was too late to change the room. Room dirty. Smelly. No hot water.

Location was the main reason we stayed at Planet Hollywood, downside would be that the rooms could use some updating. Rooms seemed to be outdated and plain compared to others in the area. Seems the cost of a Vegas vacation has went through the roof, compared to when I started going ther. But that's the same no matter what hotel/casino you stay it.

Door lock battery died and had to sit outside the room for 30 min at 2am before security could let us in. You’d think they’d privately check that stuff so guests aren’t impacted. After that my key worked sporadically so again needed to get help at 2am the following night. Our room was also right next to the pool which starts deep base house music around 8am. Couldn’t be in the room unless you wanted to listen to that.
