This was out 2nd stya at Tuscany Suites. Both stays were lovely. This time we used the gym and the pool area, both were great. The location is excelent. We came to see a show at the Sphere. It was very easy to get to the show and walking distance to the Strip. We dont particularly like staying on the Strip so this is great location with easy access to everything.

I loved everything about this property. My only dislike was the double beds. Way too small for a couple to sleep on. Otherwise room was spacious and clean and the property was very nice. Kids were playing in the pool and were told to be quiet so didn't make it feel family oriented. Literally only 5 kids in the pool and they were too loud. Just keep in mind if you plan to come with your family.

Didn’t get the room I booked, safe didn’t work, shower faucet was broken, elevator was down, when you call for room service no one answers the phone. When I requested the safe to be fixed no one came and when I followed up they called me a liar because they couldn’t find any record of my request. No compensation on the resort fees considering the trouble. Not a place I would stay again if they treat guest like that!

The room above us was too noisy,occupants were running around,called security for 4 times and waited about 3 hrs till they made action to stop that noise.It was a terrible experince.My recommendation is let those people with children stay in the first floor!
