Offering the best of all worlds with year-round recreational opportunities, this beautiful golf course home boasts of easy access to such outdoor winter activities like cross country skiing on the course’s groomed trails which connect to the Lake Wenatchee State Park's trail system, or lace up some skates and go ice skating on the frozen pond in the community.
Of course, you got to grab the golf bags and clubs and enjoy a round of 18 holes right out your back door during the warmer weather then come back to the house to grill up some steaks on the propane gas grill and sit around the fire table enjoying a glass of wine with friends. Don’t feel like cooking? Take a short walk down the road to the clubhouse to visit the delicious “Wildflour” restaurant. You will sit down to an amazing dining experience featuring chef-driven northwest, northern Italian influenced cuisine in a relaxed, intimate environment, they even offer live music so be sure to check the calendar.
You can also hike or walk to the majestic Lake Wenatchee State Park on one of the convenient hiking trails from the community. The lake is crystal clear and offers relaxation on the beach, or the chance to kayak or paddle board (local rental company at the park) for a day of fun in the sun. There is a roped off area for the littles on the lake so bring their floaties, sand pails and shovels too.

This driveway is flat/accessible and there will be no vehicle type restrictions during the spring/summer/fall months. Winter guests please see below:
Please be prepared along with your guests who are driving separate for this driveway during winter months as there will be ice/snow are on the ground a 4WD/AWD vehicle with traction tires are necessary AND carrying chains is recommended. No exceptions
While we do our best to keep this driveway plowed and sanded, winter conditions can change rapidly and make both access to and from this driveway challenging and we cannot guarantee its condition upon your arrival at any time. We are subject to the subcontractor and the Chelan County plows who service this driveway and our county roads so please pack your patience along with following the recommendations below if you choose to book.
