Hotel room was ok but 3 am I woke up and cockroaches crawling around the floor. That tells me that behind the refrigerator and in the kitchenette is not cleaned. Had to change rooms.

Stayed during a hurricane. Property was being cleaned outside and rebounded well. Wi-if was down during check in so check in could not be completed by staff.

This is an excellent hotel and the room was clean and spacious. The only problem encountered was a noisy air conditioner/heating system. It was only for one night so we put up with it. Over all I would rate this hotel a 4.5 out of 5

Manager appeared to lack communication skills. The bathroom had hair on open soap and faucet.Refridgerator Broken. ( Full hotel could not change) Ice machines broken.Hair on open soap in shower and faucet. Garbage behind chair. Toe nail on floor and not vacuumed. Hurricane Helene evacuation so could not walk out. Desk staff sympathetic but unable to help other than clean.

Room was ok. Bed uncomfortable. Checkin was horrible. Long wait for them to find a room for us, then we go to room and other guests are already in it. Back to check in desk. Another long wait. Manager finally got on the phone to someone else to find an available room. Then key card doesn’t work. Cleaning staff was excellent. Asked if we wanted clean towels on day 2, and got us room keys that worked.
