Very much enjoyed our two nights stay. Barbara from Brazil at reception was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Her colleagues could benefit from following her positive customer service skills. Would make guests experience much more positive. Good breakfast and spacious room.

The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. Our A/C wasn’t working, and they were unable to fix it so they moved us to a different room on the same floor. The front desk provided some great restaurant recommendations too! The only complaint I have is the parking situation. I chose this hotel because of the onsite parking, but when we arrived, there was no room left in the parkade. Street parking was free from 7PM-9AM, but be careful where you park!! I parked in a loading zone without realizing because it was poorly marked. 20 minutes after I had parked in that spot, my car was taped off and had a clamp on the rear wheel, as well as a ticket on the windshield. The hotel staff was just as annoyed as I was, and helped me call the company to remove the clamp. After waiting over an hour, the clamp was removed and I had to pay a fine of €113, which totally sucked. Complimentary breakfast was decent and the location of the hotel was close enough that an Uber to downtown was anywhere between €3-€6.

Entrance is a bit hard to spot, but the facility is great. If you are planning to see tourist spots near the river without taking public transportation, prepare for a long walk. Otherwise, the hotel’s location takes you where it’s quiet by the evening.

Overpriced, expensive parking, slow service
Overpriced. The only positives are the location and that the rooms are comfortable and quiet. The bad: breakfast is overcrowded, small area. No parking, you have to pay extra to park in the hotel. No hot water kettle in the room, even in the lobby, there is no self-serve hot water, you have to make a long line at the reception, then ask for water, the cups are stained and dirty and the hot water that they give you is stained from the coffee machine, so you never get good quality water. The staff is friendly but always too busyu and long queues even to ask a simple question. No gym, no pool, no amenities. Overrated.

I booked a room with a single king or queen bed. When i arrived they had none available and refused to refund the difference in the cost which wasn't much but definitely not fair. Also I'm American so i enjoy air conditioning. I had to move rooms 4 times to get one that the AC actually worked. Two of the rooms the phone didn't work either so i had to go down to sort out the AC problem in person. And the male staff member got an attitude and acted like it was a serious inconvenience that i wanted a room that the AC worked correctly. Once i got a fully functioning room it was a decent stay. All be it with the wrong bed but decent. I wouldn't recommend the hotel though.
