The hotel staff pay no attention to detail when it comes to ensuring your room is properly cleaned and put together for your arrival. The fridge was leaking, the pots and pans that were left behind were moldy and unwashed, the liquid soaps were not topped up, the furniture was ripped, and the soap dispenser was hanging off the wall. When asking for new pots and pans, we were told they would bring them to us and after hours of waiting and having to speak sternly to the front desk manager she managed to bring clean pots and pans. They cared very little to provide good service and to ensure our stay was good. I would not recommend them or any Hilton chain at this point.

Stayed for 3 nights. I specifically chose this hotel due to having a king size bed, modern looking decor and large room. The property advised the room would be refreshed with cleaning kitchen, replacing towels, making bed and giving more products. A few issues arose. The room started smelling musky and line urine on the third day. Plus there was no shampoo. The kitchen floors were dirty when I arrived. The blow dryer had gunk over it and was dirty. The bed comforter was white and had a huge yellow stain at the base. I asked to have the bedding changed and a new bottle of shampoo. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately, body wash and conditioner was given and no shampoo. All this to say, the cleaning staff need to be more meticulous in cleaning the room, replenishing products and ensure the bedding is cleaned. I had to ask for more coffee pods as there wasn’t enough for my stay. The pool also lacks privacy. Everyone who walks by the hallway to the elevators can see inside the pool area. I will choose a different hotel for the price I paid. For the price paid, it needs a more private pool, cleaner rooms and replenished products and enough products for every night paid for.

Room was spacious, however the toilet paper holder was broken, the bed was really too soft and lumpy. Made it hard for my daughter and i to share as she would roll easily to my side. There were lots of towels but only 1 face cloth. The accessible shower had no chair to sit, yet the shower head was waist height. The door entering the room was difficult to open/ hold open to enter considering it an accessible room. Should get automatic opener for there
