Just down the street to restaurants and the public boat ramp, and a short distance to the beach access this home is made for the water and beach enthusiast. Tastefully updated, with a minimalist theme. The house was originally built in 1927 and has recently been lovingly restored. The entrance past the natural landscaping is as natural as can be achieved. Open layout to create a dramatic open main living room with spacious vaulted ceilings and wood floors. Relaxing screened front porch. The backyard is spacious and features a salt water, solar heated lap pool perfect for lounging or taking a dip after a walk on the beach. Great location

Great neighborhood- near good restaurants and beaches! House is older and could use some updating. Pool was nice but yard is a wreck.

Very nice cottage in the wonderfully quite village of Longboat Key.

Had a great time. The lap pool was very enjoyable. The cottage was very roomy. A half block from the bay and 5 minutes from the Gulf. Easy access to Anna Maria Island and it's many beaches and restaurants. Perfect place if you enjoy peace and quiet and the charm of a cottage instead of a modern condo.
