It is a very affordable option if you need a place to spend the night in LA but it is not recommended for longer stays. Please keep in mind that you are paying for what you get. It is an old ans smelly hotel. I saw roaches and the pillow cases smelled funny. I had to spray my perfume and open the windows as soon I got to the room.

Okay for the price
Me, and my partner needed somewhere to stay for the night.It was cheap and fraction of the price compared to all other places.If you are very picky person in particular about where you stay this might not be it for you But for us it got the job done a place to sleep with hot water and good working AC and no bugs

Surprisingly nice inside the room, mattress was stained so I slept in a sleeping bag on top, check in and check out were quick, liquor store next door, really small parking lot, unsafe area but that’s to be expected

Room extremely limted to not even basics. No phone and entire room only had one plug in it by tv and one in bathroom. None by bed. Very bare room. But for the price, it was a clean room to sleep in with a shower, tv, and mimi fridge in it. But thats it. Bring your basics with you and extension cord w/plugs for your cell phone,etc charging needs.

Freezing cold
This place is what it is! Cheap and nasty. It is an old motel in a good location. Reception was terrible. Only a sheet for warmth on the bed. Had to beg for blankets as it was very cold and the heater sounded like you were sleeping in a room with an air plane. Bathroom was grotty and floors were filthy. White socks were black from walking around the room. Room size was good but that was it. Had to beg for a kettle.
