Adriana at front desk of the Monrovia & Arcadia locations was extremely helpful and resourceful with helping me with my multi-day reservations along with other people waiting, she quickly and efficiently secured my reservations, even when it appeared the resort was already full. Friendly staff, but that’s about all it has going for it. Bed Bugs in the room, broken shower head, extremely dim hallways, bad smelling in general, walls are disgusting, stains on the mattress, weird yellow gunk on the chair in the room. Practically uninhabitable.

Did not like it. The room smelled and had to open my window the whole time to air it out. I had requested for additional towels, and was told that I needed to bring the dirty towels down as an exchange. I will not stay there again.

This hotel stinky, dirty, towels with other customers hairs on it. Next to loud and noisy freeway. This hotel need tear down and rebuild. It's a nightmare!!! Even free, will not stay.

Inside the lobby…it is small, dark and not very welcoming. As for the rooms…everything was tidy looking, but very old and worn looking. The hallways are very dark giving you an unsafe feeling.
