nothing like the photos!! we were evacuated for the fires so we needed a place to stay and it is the only reason we stayed. it smelled bad, room was not nice, the worst quality for towels and sheets. REALLY DIRTY PLACE

Lady nice. I’d say everything was okay clean I didn’t feel gross. I just know the towels and sheets weren’t washed for a fact. But I was okay. I’m smelled like cigs at night but tbh. I got the best room I think lol.

U get what u pay for.. price and location were good.. but I felt unsafe people just hanging out outside the rooms .. just not the best vibe I got from this place.. Room was ok I guess .. found lashes in the bathroom .. next to freeway so u can hear cars pass by ..I just wouldn’t recommend it..

THE FIVE STAR IS A UPGRADED 3 STAR HOTEL NEWLY RENOVATED, NEW FLOORING, UPGRADED BATHROOMS, TV HAS HULU IN SOME THE ROOMS ALONG WITH ORHER MOVIE APPS. OVERALL PRETTY REASONABLE DURING THE WEEK, BUT DOES GET PRICEY come Thursday-Satuday, I would suggest to book on a Sunday -Thursday if you are going to plan to stay for more than one night. No ice machine.Does have vending machines and wzzher and dryer both under $3.00 per machine , has a pool & jacuzzi. Office a little rough during the day, at night a bit more friendly. Also consider staying on the 2 or 3rd as for the first floor has a lot of regulars.

You have to put down a cash deposit which they don’t let you know ahead of time. Our sheets in our room were ripped and dirty. The walls were half painted and in summer you’d think the pool would be clean but nope, green. Definitely wouldn’t recommend honestly. I we had to use the sketchy atm on the property to get cash for our deposit cause usually it’s card deposit.

Had gotten the suite room because it looked nice in the pictures. We get there and right of the bat it looked really dirty. We get checked in and as soon as we get to the room the door looked musty. Half of it was peeled off and discolored. As i soon a i open the door i get a disgusting smell or cigarettes and throw up. The room did not look like the pictures AT ALL. I go back and they give me theyre “new” rooms. So i go check it out and still looked really bad and wasnt like the pictures at all. I confronted them and they didnt know what to say and gave me my deposit back and i left. STAY AWAYYY!!!

HORRIBLE

Dirty and dangerous area! Old hotel furniture dumped right outside. Shady men that seem homeless hanging out in the back of the parking lot.
