Very hard to get a hold of staff late night for shuttle information. Took 6 tries at the hotel with no answer, an hour later the shuttle shows up at airport very inconvenient for travelers with children waiting. Finally when got to hotel one 1 front desk staff to checkin a long line of people. Bathroom shower does not work well, spout coming out of wall and hard to pull up lever for shower. Slight odor in room when entering upon arrival. Not impressed with room but lobby looked clean

Charging hotel customers $55.00 per day if absolutely insane especially for such a dated and run down hotel. No refrigerator in the room, the bathtub spout was hanging together with caulk. Just an expensive stay for such an old, thin walled hotel in the heart of LAX. Never again

They make this hotel look luxurious on their website but it’s the most terrible hotel I’ve ever been to. The ceiling looked like it was going to fall. The walls had some sort of stains. The lamp buttons weren’t cleaned and had stains as well. The whole hotel smelled terrible. Lastly the parking is absolutely idiotic. I’m already paying for my nasty and disgusting hotel room, why would I pay $55 dollars for parking per day. Absolutely ridiculous, this is the worst hotel I have ever been to. Definitely don’t recommend.

the room was clean, the bed very comfortable, I thought with just sheer curtains on the window, it would be bright and or noisy, but it was fine. Unfortunately for us, our plane was delayed, so we didn't get to the hotel, until 1030 or 1100 PM, and we had to be back at the airport at 5 AM for our final flight from our vacation, the only complaint?? There was no hair dryer in our room, so my hair was still wet after my shower..

The lobby and bar area was very nice. The room and bathroom was spacious. The shower had stains, the water pressure was terrible and a hole in the wall where the shower head connected. Needs some work but overall it was okay.

There is no stores are walking distance. There is small self served convenient store in the hotel, but items are limited. Parking bell man told me to go park my car in the parking to go check in. After I realized $55 a day parking for hotel guest.

From just going there, there was an issue with parking. When it was time to check in there was unexpected fees so I didn’t even get to stay in the hotel but overall it was pretty clean inside from what I could tell.

I rarely write "negative reviews" and generally have a very high opinion of SHERATON and MARRIOTT affiliated facilities. However, this Four Points by Sheraton at LAX was so insane that I feel compelled to warn travelers. The first redflag was that the hotel wanted a $350 "deposit" even though my room nights were fully prepaid. Next, our room was in a distant wing that looked more like a "5" out of 10 rating... whereas great expense was taken to make a luxurious hotel lobby. Third, the "breakfast" was $32 per person and is barely passable as a Denny's Grand Slam... THEN the on-premises parking is $55 per night. Yes, that's NOT a typo. $55 for parking. The alternative option is on-street parking, which is SUPER RISKY due to the HIGH POPULATION of scary-as-hell street people surrounding the area. Overall, the treatment felt intentionally abusive against hotel guests... and insanely over-priced (and UNAPOLOGETIC about these prices). There are MANY better options if you're staying at LAX... so be forewarned!
