Noisy location, awful views
We arrived early and although we had requested an early check in they were t able to accommodate us. We checked into the room we waited 3 hours for and we looked out to other hotel rooms over looking a noisy alley. The bed was way too soft, the furniture was mismatched and there was no iron or ironing board in the room! Also you had to schedule an appointment to use the “gym”.! For the price paid for just 2 nights I would have expected something a bit better

I’ve stayed at the property three times now. Always found the hotel very clean and the staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. It suits me very well. There is a good diner two blocks away that serves excellent, but basic food. Possibly the only downside is it is 20 blocks or a thirty minute walk to the waterfront. Fine for me but might not suit everyone.

Mostly good place to stop.
Very quick overnight. Beds comfy. Lighting in room not good. White light in lamp and no easy connection to charge devices at bedside. Breakfast fine. Clerks friendly. Parking fine. Wish it was not so much.

Great Stay
I booked the room for my parents. My dad underwent 12 months of cancer treatments at Providence St. John across the street from the hotel. This is their 15th or 20th stay. They have never had a single complaint. The room is always clean and comfortable and the staff are exceptionally kind and accommodating. I would not hesitate to book here in the future.

This hotel looks nice online but don't be fooled. It is old and dingy. Breakfast is seriously a joke. No carpet in the rooms. Shower has no water pressure, not enough light in the bathroom. Just yuck!

Very nice and clean motel in great location with easy access to Santa Monica Beach or downtown LA. Would definitely stay there again if we come back to the area. Price was reasonable also.
