I drove 7 hours to LA and stayed here to rest and try to get some sleep. However, itā€™s very noisy outside and even in the room a lot of stomping and banging doors. I called front desk and they didnā€™t answer which made me more frustrated.

I was extremely disappointed in this Hilton Garden Inn. Our receptionist when we checked in was extremely unpleasant. No greetings, no information, no smiles, no cookies. I felt like I was disturbing her. We paid a $75.00 fee for our clean miniature poodle. The carpet in the room was very dirty with black stains. I did not want to walk on it or my dog. The mattress frame was bigger than the mattress. I hit my knee replacement on it twice!! Very painful. The bottom drawer of the dresser did not close. We asked for daily housekeeping. She only came twice. She did not bother to make the beds, just emptied the trash and put new towels. We stayed four days in this hotel. We were never once greeted as we walk through the doors. Our stay was extremely disappointing. We travel often from AZ, we will find accommodation somewhere else.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Arcadia, California, and have mixed feelings about the experience. Some staff members, like Amaya, Pollyanna, and Eddie, did their jobs well and stood out for being genuinely helpful and attentive. Pollyanna and Eddie made sure our breakfast went smoothly, and Amaya was quick to step in and solve problems when others didnā€™t seem willing to. Unfortunately, these helpful moments were overshadowed by a few frustrating incidents. First, when I asked the front desk about doing laundry, one attendant incorrectly told me that laundry pickups only happen at specific times (even though the information wasnā€™t on the bag). Instead of assisting further, she gave me a phone number for the laundromat and told me to call them myself. I later found out that the hotel actually has a guest laundry area that she never mentioned. We also had an issue with a package delivery. Despite showing the front desk our tracking details that confirmed it had been delivered, they initially said it wasnā€™t there. Only after we pressed them did they find it, admitting it had been misplaced in the wrong box. Another major inconvenience was being locked out of our room because the door lockā€™s battery died. When I went to the front desk for help, they told me maintenance wouldnā€™t be available until 9 am. I explained that I had a flight and needed to leave by then, but the desk attendant brushed it off, saying, ā€œOh, itā€™s easy to get to the airport.ā€ I found that com
