I like the way the room was set up but I prefer when there is separate living room area and a door that separates the bedroom from the living room. I usually have to study late in the night and my wife likes to watch television so it doesn’t work out well for us when the bedroom and living room is together- I will look out for that next time.

Old appliances(the toaster in breakfast room doesn’t toast the bread and so gross) broken shower door, no attention to the customer requests (there was no cold water supply in put suite) even after reminding several times. Rude over the phone but better in person. Doesn’t fit Marriott standards.

No early check in accommodated, agent at check in gave everyone bottled water except me, long waits at the desk, the bathroom mirror is loose or something and makes sounds all night, I was awakened each morning before 6 by other guests through the walls (speakerphone call, arguing couple). Hotel allows VAPING throughout the building so I was dizzy and nauseous .. and then they overcharged me! AND won’t help clear the matter. On the phone with my bank now.

Great hotel, across the street from the hotel, not a great neighborhood but its fine for 1 night. staff friendly and efficient and breakfast was good. I will say however the additional charges now layered into the stay are exorbitant. Tax on tax...I use expedia so I can manage my expenses in Canadian dollars in advance of my stay-not so I can be surprised on checkout. Parking costs are out of control-and very dissapointing. Expedia> lets do a better job of negotiating these costs.Its becoming impossible to go on vacation. Very sad to see upwards of $60 for parking when paying $500 for 1 night stay-where they only clean your room (every two days). Part of my "charge" was a housekeeping security fee. why am I paying for that? tisk tisk...read the fine print folks.
