The shuttle service was poor. Upon arrival in LA we waited outside for at least 40 minutes until your shuttle arrived. I can recall seeing a number of other shuttle buses from other hotels going by 3 times. Similarly in the morning, the brittle bus arrived but there were so many people that a number of people were left behind. Meanwhile there was a smaller shuttle bus parked off to the side. Poor management of buses and patrons.

If you’re looking for hotel with shuttle services, look else where otherwise you would be sitting at the airport forever for someone to pick you up until you call the hotel and they send someone.. hotel is okay little outdated but it was okay for a night. And the restaurant was okay as well nothing special.

For a layover stay at LAX, hotel was perfect. Booked entry level room, didn't mind the fact there was no external facing windows. TV took a while to work but fixed itself and had no other issues. Shuttle service was the reason I picked this hotel and it worked perfectly. Would've loved to try the complimentary breakfast, but had an early flight the next day. Maybe next time
