I love remodel, but the bathroom lighting is dangerous if you stay in the shower for too long. The lights automatically turn off. I had to step out the shower and turn the lights back on, I almost slipped and fell. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would go back.

The lobby waa hard to find due to renovation. . Breakfast isnt what you see on the pictures. They have a grab and go bag at front desk. Garage elevator doesnt work so expect to walk .

When first checking in the hotel was under construction, I didn’t know that, the check-in associates extremely rude and didn’t care that I was handicap and the loading of your items was very inconvenient versus parking in your car. Not to mention they had bags of breakfast to go no coffee downstairs anywhere. The coffee in the room was cheap with powdered creamer, which is very gross. They told us you can go to Starbucks. It’s down the street. I told them I didn’t check in with Starbucks. I checked in here with you. They were still so rude in the morning. We had to wait for hot water which made me late to check out . Just everything about this place was terrible and I will never stay here again. had

We were going up the steps from the garage and just felt really weary, got up 3 flights of steps there was a homeless man camped out on the stairs. Whew scared the daylights out us. I did report it.

Overall it was a comfortable experience. However, we'd ordered food brought to the hotel and discovered that our order didn't come with utensils. When we went to the front desk they had nothing available so we had to make due.

Caution Construction in progress!!!
The main lobby was under construction and the temporary lobby was very small and hot. The Handicapped accessible door button was not working making it difficult to enter the lobby with luggage. The garage elevator was not working. The garage exit gate was also not working properly and it took us 5 minutes to get out of the garage. There was construction which woke us up at 8am after a long night of traveling. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable, but the conditions which were a result of the construction made the stay not very pleasant.

This property is currently under construction and has been since February 24. The hotel looks like a convenient store. The elevators walls are filling apart.. lobby has plywood on half of the side and it’s over all subpar. I was nervous about the rooms bc the common areas were so atrocious but to me surprise the rooms were beautiful! They were updated and spacious. My only other gripe is that we PAID for early entry and the room wasn’t ready for us. It was under construction!! ALSO, they DONT answer the phone so good luck reaching them. The free shuttle was a perk but it only runs every 30 minutes so good luck if you run into any inclement weather. The ONLY reason this hotel gets ant eating from me is because the rooms were up to date.

The updated room was pretty nice but was missing shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. We only were notified about the renovation shortly before our booking. There was no restaurant or lobby and the grab and go complimentary breakfast was a brown paper bag with a rotten apple and a tiny apple juice.

The room was clean and acceptable but there was construction going on internally that could be heard from room. Due to the construction, the breakfast buffet was closed, and they handed out a brown bag with an apple, apple juice, small water, and small muffin for breakfast instead. With this said during the inconvenience of it all, I don’t believe they should’ve charged $49 for parking, especially because the elevator in the parking garage did not work and we had to lug our luggage down the stairs and out to the street entrance. Also, there was an eight dollar parking garage across the street that they made no mention of.

Hotel was under construction but was not mentioned when booking. Took over 30 min to check in where the front desk had no air when it was over 80* outside. Had to change rooms because our air conditioning was broken. Ice machine on our floor (3rd) was not working. Paid $45 for parking and the elevators to and/or from parking structure were not working. Very dissapointed in our stay. But the staff were all amazing! Called Expedia and they weren’t able to get just our parking discounted for the hassle. But Expedia personnel gave us $25 towards next stay which was super kind of them! Very impressed with Expedia! But the hotel was terrible for the price of $200 total for one night.

Disappointed. I didn't know this property was undergoing construction. There were no amenities, no hot breakfast, no pool, no elevator service in the garage. Customer service was not so great either. Not very welcoming at all. The parking was $49.50. I don't understand why the room rate or parking fee were not discounted during this time. I'm sorry I stayed here and will not recommend.
