The staff is very friendly and helpful, however the rooms are horrible! The furniture and appliances are dirty, old, and broken. We had to move through 3 different rooms to get a working sofa bed. Floors and bathrooms were dirty. The carpet is disgusting. Smell moldy and smoke.

Our stay at this hotel was pretty good. The location near the airport worked great for us. There is ample food & grocery nearby, as well as easy access to major highways. As noted in other reviews, the property is older, however, we had no issue with this whatsoever. Check in - we showed up a little early. Got in, no problem. Very quick process for both rooms we booked. Parking - there was ample parking every day we were there, even on days when the hotel was sold out. With the way the property is configured you can park just as easily in the front or back. Rooms - we booked 2 of the 2 bedroom (aka Penthouse) rooms. While the rooms showed a little bit of wear, they were perfectly fine. The AC was already cooling the room down when we entered. The linens were clean, as was the bathroom & kitchen areas. Our rooms were spacious. There was cutlery for 4 people with plates & cookware. Outside noise - despite being sold out on the weekend we were there, the property was generally quiet and our rooms were near the pool & breakfast areas. At night we heard no noise at all and were able to sleep with no issues. Breakfast - the breakfast was good. The food cooked was fresh. The breakfast area can get a little cramped if it's very busy, but we made it work. The staff kept up with the food demands, as well as keeping the area clean. Price & Overall value - we would stay at this property again for sure. We love the rooms size, easy in/out and the breakfast.

I enjoy using hotels. Com.
Checkin was a little cumbersome but fine, the issue was the same info was available from hotels.com that they asked for. There needs to be more synergy during checkin, otherwise the stay is great!!

Upon arrival, room wasn't available. I'm assuming they were short staffed on housekeepers. Several customers were waiting for their rooms as well. I had booked mine in advance. Had an event to be at by 5pm, arrived at hotel at 3, didnt get into room until close to 5. Room was supposed to be smoke free but it reaked of cigarettes and weed. Went to my event smelling like a dang smoker. Woke in the middle of the night having an asthma attack which i havent had in 2 years. My room stunk so badly but couldn't go to another room since there weren't any clean. Showered in the morning and the bathroom flooded. No idea from where the water came from exactly but upon further inspection, the floor was warped and the bottom of the walls as well due to water damage previously. Carpets are gross, don't go barefoot, wear slippers at least. Around 1am there was a woman screaming at her young child at the top of her lungs with their windows open. I believe there are residents in this hotel. The rooms are like little apartments. There was no breakfast by 9:30am and breakfast starts at 9am. No coffee or juice, nothing left. It would be a decent place but i think having residence there takes away from the other commodities we pay for. Plus updating is very much needed. The staff did comp my parkingnwhich I had no idea I had to pay for when I booked the place. Had to park quite a distance from my room as most of the spots were all taken.

Decent hotel, maybe not great area
The hotel exterior was a little run down and there seemed to be quite a few long term residents. In general, I got the impression that the area was not great. I did not have any problems, but I think they must have a bit of crime in the area based on the fact that they had a parking lot attendant and one of those mobile security cameras. I stayed over a Saturday night and there were quite a few alcohol bottles left in the parking lot. The room was decent and reasonably priced. But I don't know that I would stay again just based on how unnerved I felt in the parking lot.
