Beautiful room and view
Little gateway for me and the hubby without the kids. Our room was small but perfect for the both of us and beautiful view. The staff was friendly and very clean overall.

My 3rd time staying here, and it was appalling. For those with concerns about internal noise, run. You can hear partying neighbours (that security does little to resolve), full on conversations from other neighbouring units, etc. Their staff seem generally non-chalant/unconcerned about guest comfort or concerns. They also forgot to return my laundry, which is currently an outstanding issue that has yet to be resolved. The only plus was the service staff in their restaurant and the cleaning staff, whom were professional and delivered quality care and attention. But it's not enough to convince me to return.

I liked Line and always stay here. I come multiple times a year and can see the rooms are getting run down more and more each stay. Loose shower heads, loose outlets, random hanging wires, etc. I’ve had to have “engineering” come up multiple times across multiple stays more recently. Just came back and an elevator bank was closed the entire stay.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the past 8 years. It’s in serious need of a deep cleaning and refurbishment. It has all the accoutrements of a 4 star, but the carpets in the halls are dingy as are the ones in the rooms. The whole location needs to be modernized.
