Very Nice Hotel
We travel from Fort Wayne, IN to La Grange, KY about once a month (because of family) and sometimes we stay overnight. We stayed at the Quality Suites there and we were disappointed. The room was not very clean, it just felt kinda grubby. Needless to say, we wanted to stay somewhere else the next visit. BW is also pet friendly and we do travel with our dog. This hotel (room) was a lot cleaner. The only downside was the comfort of the king bed. It was a bit hard and you could feel the springs pushing back on you. But I can put up with that in trade for a clean room. The staff was also very nice. We will be staying there (when needed) when we travel to La Grange. And the BW was cheaper to stay than QS!

My husband and I stayed here the weekend before Christmas to celebrate with my daughter and her family. It's kind of a halfway point between our home in Ohio and hers in Tennessee. I had asked for a Christmas tree in our room if it was possible boy, did they come through! The general manager, Nikki, decorated the room so beautifully there was a beautiful Christmas tree and Christmas decor around the room. We, and the grandkids,had a great Christmas. We got a very beautiful picture together in front of the Christmas tree in the lobby. They all truly treated us like family there, and I'm so glad we stayed there!!

Nice Stay
We had a very nice stay. The hotel is well taken care of and the staff were helpful and friendly. We were pleased at their pet friendly policy. Our dogs also enjoyed the stay. I would recommend the Best Western if you need to stay in the LaGrange area.

I can be very picky about where I stayed but I chose this hotel out of convenience and location as to where I was working. I had some read some reviews and saw some negative ones. I was rather surprised by those reviews after I checked in. My room was clean, bathroom clean, carpet clean, towels were clean and soft, and there were no disturbances. The only “complaint” I have is that I couldn’t really turn on the heat because you could smell the burning of dust, dirt etc. that had probably been collecting there since the last time the heat was on but I’ve experienced that in most small hotels that have these in wall units. However I’d still recommend this hotel and plan to stay again as I continue to work in the area.

Fine overnight for the price
Huge older facility that was seemingly mostly empty. Only saw one employee during my stay- the front desk agent- but she was friendly. Rooms were fine- a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Great option if you're passing through.

I did a reservation and paid for it but when I got to the hotel later there was no reservation on file for me so I accepted a more vostly room eith a king bed which is more than what I wanted to spend buts its what was available. I paid for it with my credit card so I was out the money I paid you. How do I get refunded from you. I use you all the time. This is the 2nd time in one year that the same thing has happend.
