conveniently located for a funeral. we had 3 rooms. 2 rooms for 2 nights and 1 room for 1 night. when we returned after long day we were looked out of our rooms. 215 & 221 we got 4 new cards, none of those worked. back to front desk. after 30 minutes we entered our rooms. went to breakfast at 8:30 returned to 2nd floor and locked out of our rooms again. back to desk. new cards didn't work. 3rd desk visit and 45 minutes, 3rd set of cards worked. very aggravating!!!

The room was just fine, a bit on the older side, tho. No ice on the floors, the refrigerator doesnt have a freezer section so you have to go to the lobby. Breakfast was nonexistent. Others were there before us, and many came after us....it took 30 minutes for a restock of the hot items. The bacon was way underdone! I had to have my leftovers for breakfast (from my meal the day before). When i was waiting for the restock, the staff brought it in and dumped it overzealously and splashed grease on my blouse. The desk staff offered to give her manager my info and maybe get points to compensate. What a mess! This was the second crummy Best Western stay in a row....there wont be a third.

Limited wash room. One washer and dryer is definitely not enough for a full hotel. Very inconvenient on a trip to have to seek a place to wash and dry clothing. Breakfast was very minimal and dining area was very small.
