The only one that was truly assisting in my situation with my handicapped mother was April. The male manager was definitely more concerned with the bottom dollar and could not offer any type of assistance. The room that they put us in, you could hear water pouring off the edge of the roof throughout the entire night. I brought that to their attention, and they sounded like that was an average occurrence. As I was leaving on my last day, I did find a handicap chair in the hallway like I’ve been asking them for for almost a week. Didn’t do me any good because we were leaving that day. Really don’t know if I would ever want to stay at another Laquita inn or that one in Louisville.

GREAT PLACE TO GO WHEN YOU NEED A PLACE TO STAY IN LOUISVILLE. LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE CLOSE TO THE BELT ROUTE WHICH AFFORDS EASY ACCESS TO THE CITY. CLEAN, ALMOST BRAND NEW (I THINK IT IS LESS THAN 2 YEARS OLD). FRONT DESK WAS GREAT! GREAT PRICING AS WELL.

We came to town for a family wedding that was close to the hotel. The accommodations here were very nice, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good with plenty of choices. The price was great for this nice of room!

Run down, kind of dirty, no security
Checked in, did not get asked for ID or for a card to have on file during check in. I had called to let the front desk know I would not be arriving until the middle of the night. They told me that audit was ran and my reservation was cancelled. After a lady came out and fixed it, they never bothered to ask me room preference. I had a service dog with me, they stuck me on the third floor. Great. I told them I work nights, they stuck me next to a busy hallway where kids were screaming all morning. Nobody bothered to tell housekeeping maybe don't vacuum the hallway we have a guest who works overnights. I don't know...the room was dirty. Bed sheets had hair. Towels had stains. The bathroom fan so dusty I was afraid to turn it on. Mold in the shower, needed new caulk. The bathroom mirror light flashed when turned off. I wiped all surfaces down, wipe was gross after. The location is prime for me and I could stay here again if they got my room preferences right, protected my security at check in, and upgraded the property. Also the pool was closed "for cleaning" really? The week of Christmas when people are traveling your indoor pool is closed? The parking lot was filled with trash, there was dog poop everywhere. Internet connection was not good.

I was slightly hesitant to book based on some review I had read. However, the rate we found was so good, I took the chance and was very happy with our stay. The hotel was clean, which is my big thing. As another review mentioned, the rooms seems a big dinged up for how relatively new the hotel itself was. But the dongs weren't dirty, so they didn't bother me. The staff were very pleasant. Breakfast options were good. The pool was open and didn't reek of chlorine. The area was very quiet and we didn't hear very many hallway noises during our stay. Would definitely return!

Great location with spacious pet friendly rooms.
The room was very spacious. The breakfast was great! Love that they are pet friendly! Would like to have regular room service to have fresh towels. Had to ask in morning if you wanted anything. The pool was closed most of our stay which was sad. This hotel is nice though and in a great quiet area of Louisville!

Room was very clean, spacious, and had lots of storage areas. Bed was comfortable and the shower was spacious with good water pressure. The room also had a big TV. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was pretty convenient as it’s near a gas station and grocery store. Not a far drive to shops or nice restaurants and close to downtown Louisville without staying downtown. One of the best stays I’ve had for a great price! If I stay in Louisville again it will be here.

Nice place to stay outside of Louisville
New facility. It was clean. Evening staff very friendly. Room however, was fairly dark. Not enough lighting. Also, had a kitchenette, but no cups or plates.

La Quinta Inn has our vote and we will return!
The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast was good and varied. We would stay here again because it suited our needs for the night. The hotel is dog-friendly, has a bar, and has an indoor pool. The pool could be a lot warmer! It is also advertised as having a workspace, yet I was unable to fax from there even with the help of the front desk.
