The propert was clean. Parking was what I expected at check in. When I came back from dinner though, it was togh finding a spot. Seemed to be a lot of visitors for breakfast. Overheard more than one family arrived to see guests staying there and got invited for breakfast. In the future I will stay somewhere else.

They woke babies up at 530 am!
Stay was very nice up until last night feont desk called room at 530am waking all the babies up to say there was a noise complaint! Was very annoyed everyone knows when a phone rings that early children wake up extremely fussy and refuse to return to bed.. (They called wrong room)...

The staff was extremely friendly. Our trunk of the car got stuck so we couldnt get the walker out for my husband. The staff gave us a chair to help bring him in the hotel. The next morning the maintenance personnel tried to help us get in the trunk. The staff was so helpful.

For the price, this hotel is clean and comfortable. No frill, but a comfy bed and friendly staff. I felt safe traveling with my two kids.

This is a clean and new hotel but we didn't feel very safe there compared to other Lubbock areas. When we arrived there was a man sitting at the bench in front of the hotel with no shirt, no shoes, pants falling down, had gauze patches all over him (had clearly just been discharged from the hospital) and seemed high on some kind of medication/drug. He was still there over an hour later (after numerous trips to our car). Later he was falling all over himself and spilling all the water out of water dispenser near the elevator. I reported him to the front desk employee but they dismissed it because he was a "paying customer". She could have asked him to go to his room. We didn't feel very safe in the hotel or in the fast food areas around it. We won't be staying here again.
