Elevator broke with all 4 of my kids in it whenwewere switching rooms dye to first room being nasty dirty n couch bed broke then had to wait tol next day for refund althouvh we never even sat down i. Tbe hotel bc of the issues.

The inside of the hotel room was very dirty from the lobby all the way to our room the floors and walls were dirty, and the elevator was scary making a huge thumping noise every time it stopped. When we got to our room, there was hair all over the entryway and the bathroom and there was a huge condensation mark above the wall where the air conditioner was, the carpet look like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. The front desk clerk was very kind and very cute courteous, but they could not offer us another room since they were fully booked. We ended up leaving because we didn’t feel comfortable staying the night in that room, even though she offered to have the staff clean it , and had to pay the amount for a much nicer hotel at a different location

Stuck on 3rd floor with no elevator.
The Comfort Inn that we stayed at in Lubbock on October 3-7 confirmation number 72057945412136, had a major issue with the elevator. The only day it worked was the day we checked in and of course our room was on the 3rd floor. My wife and I are elderly and it was especially difficult for us to get our luggage down the stairs when we checked out. I believe I should get a some sort of a refund on our stay. The hotel itself was good but an elevator that was out 3/4 of our stay is not acceptable.

Bring some earplugs, but stay for the breakfast…
Workers were great and front desk staff very friendly. Breakfast was probably the saving grace to this place to be honest. The room we had faced the highway and I’ll tell you what they need to update the windows to double pane or something else as all you can hear is the cars passing by and traffic noise like no other. There was a toenail which wasn’t ours on the floor, hair in the bathroom, and a musty smell throughout. The cleaning staff probably does work hard to clean the rooms as best as possible, but on this trip it seemed more like a third rate motel. I guess it’s hard to expect much due to the area, but at the nightly cost I would expect more than what was offered.

Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast pretty good but the same every day. Room was spacious and clean. Elevator is rickety and has a loud clunk. Hotel is located in an industrial area that isn’t the most attractive but seemed pretty safe. Overall good value.

It's in an odd spot, if you want to go to Costco, which is about 500 yards away, you have to go in the opposite direction then back up the road, just inconvenient. Everything else is pretty good though. A bit dated, but it's ok.

Disappointing stay
The room was Dirty, as in not cleaned properly. Filthy tub, like dirty water had been dumped in tub; even on outside of tub and on the wall beside the tub. The girl from the desk cleaned the tub, but the dirt on the wall I simply rubbed with a damp towel. Blood stain on the carpet. Inefficient cleaning staff. The bed was way too soft for my bad back. The mini fridge did not cool; in fact it was leaking onto the floor. The noise from the freeway was disturbing. I will not recommend this hotel or stay at this location again.

It was around the corner of the tub too.
