We stayed there for TTU family weekend and were very impressed! It is very clean, great ac and no weird smells. It is well equiped with mini-fridge/freezer, iron, coffee maker. It is an older building , but everything is extremely clean, well maintained and was very quiet and safe. It is a family run business and it is obvious they take pride and care about service and accommodations. A fantastic place for a low price, so happy we found them!

I would stay again.
I would stay again, if needed. Very kind people at the front desk, room is clean, and for the most part it stays quiet. I enjoyed the breakfast too! The hotel is a little outdated, but you can tell they do their best to upkeep the property.
