The stay was Ok, we were just there for a show, stayed one night, the front ladys was nice, there was a line @ check-in so was a little upset i waited about 45 mins to be checked in, a 2nd front desk worker showed up about 4:15 not sure if she was starting shift or on break both ladies did what they could was just a slow check in process, room was ready, clean looked like we literally just put our stuff in room changed returned to sleep get ready & check out, room served its purpose, does need to be updated floors as well we had a king bed & pull out for my 2 little ones......wasn't the best room nor the worst I would recommend & would book again

Was an absolute wonderful hotel to stay at. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved that there was a sitting area in the lobby with tables and chairs we used to eat our dinner. The room was very clean and comforting. We had fresh towels everyday without having to call and ask,most hotels do not do daily housekeeping if staying for multiple nights. Will definitely stay here again when visiting our daughter at Texas Tech!!

Had no way to turn shower on, bath only and plug had been removed so couldnt even take a bath. Flooring was peeling up causing it to pinch my foot as i walked on it. Hallway under construction with debris all over the floor. Just a mess all the way.
